By ordering from AEAPRECISION.com
- You represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older( or 21 where required) and are legally allowed to purchase and you conform to all laws
governing the use and ownership of this products
- You accept, unless otherwise stated in the product description, there are no guarantees or warranties; implied or otherwise; accept that which may still be applicable through the original manufacturer of the product.
- You know and are compliance with all laws and regulations in your state, county and city and fully comply with them. And that all other information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
- AEA PRECISION has right to refuse, cancel any order and refund you money on items that was purchased with incorrect description like price, size, barrel, availability and etc. Also the items that are unable to ship due to shipping restrictions.
- If you having costumed work done, you acknowledge and accept that the work will void any remaining factory warranty
- By purchasing from AEAPRECISION.com, you relieve AEAPRECISION.COM, AEA PRECISION, PRO Air-Guns their owners, employers and their dealers of any liability associated with any use or misuses of the products purchased form AEAPRECISION.COM. Please do not purchase products from this site unless you are willing to assume the responsibility of operating theses products, and accept full responsibility for any damages and/or injury to any person or property that may result from their use.
- AEAPRECISION.com will accept returned products that have been damaged in shipment, have been incorrect sent, were originally defective within 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received products, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Please note, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying to have the merchandise shipped back to us.
- We will refund money to the original buyer on file with us only. Sorry the warranty can’t be transfer.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require an original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to manufacturer.
- Any item that has been tampered with customized, or shows sign of use will not be eligible for return.
Refund (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within certain amount of days.
-Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Partial Refunds(if applicable)
- Item that are used, not in the original packaging, or otherwise not in new and sellable condition cannot be returned without authorization from us, if approved, a restocking fee of no less than 20% may apply.
Late or missing refunds(if applicable)
- If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. These is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
- Please note the reason for your return on a copy of your original invoice and include with your securely packaged item.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. And product should be packaged safe and insured. Any damage that occurs in return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your retuned item.
-All credit card cancellations and/or refunds will be subject to 5% transaction fee to cover bank fees for items returned not defective.
